David Tisherman and Kevin Fleming, educated as a landscape architect, are certified members of the Society of Watershape Designers (SWD), an accredited educational program of seminars, short courses and schools that is setting higher expectations in aquatic design, particularly in the refinement of hydraulics, structures and cosmetic innovations.
