ALABAMA ASPHALT PAVEMENT ASSOCIATION
The Alabama Asphalt Pavement Association was established in 1959, it is a non-profit organization, which encourages the use of asphalt as a premium paving material. The state of Alabama is proud to have about 98% of their highways paved using Alabama’s Hot Mix Asphalt ( HMA). |
|
The aim of the Alabama Asphalt Pavement Association is to continuously improve and strengthen the hot mix asphalt paving industry. The quality and speed of construction of HMA is always being tried and tested in order to provide Alabama with the best, smoothest, most durable pavements at a reasonable price.
Not only is it important to have the best actual asphalt pavement mix, but it is also paramount to have the best contractors to do the job right. That is why the Alabama Asphalt Pavement Association’s members are comprised of the best asphalt contractors, aggregate producers, manufacturers and petroleum producers that Alabama has to offer!
